Hi! I’m Becca, a Northerner born and bred with a Cornish soul and a happy heart. As a Personal Development and Mindfulness Coach, I’m passionate about people and positive about life.

I’m here to empower you to look after your body, mind, and soul with a whole lot of self-love, self-care, and plenty of fun along the way. I primarily help businesses that want to offer their employees more mental health support, alongside individuals who need accountability when it comes to taking care of themselves.


Life pressures and work commitments can oftentimes overpower and overwhelm us, resulting in the need to take a step back and bring things to a halt so that we can focus on taking care of the most important thing, ourselves. In reality, we all know this is easier said than done and can be difficult to introduce, which is where I come in.

What is Mindfulness Coaching?

Mindfulness refers to focusing on the here and now, raising your awareness to be present in the moment and not thinking about the past or future. There are a whole host of benefits to being more mindful that lead to an improved quality of life, such as stress reduction, better mood, and an improved quality of work that allows you to get more done. Mindfulness improves your sleep, lowers your blood pressure and boosts your immune system, it’s a way of living that sparks innovation and better yet, anyone can do it. Above all, my favourite benefit has to be that it makes
you enjoy all the small moments that you would normally miss.


Coaching is the process that teaches you how to experience these benefits first-hand, through being more aware of the here and now by being present with your thoughts and feelings. Coaching is essentially an invitation into your life that allows me to support and motivate you in reaching your full potential, through setting self-defined goals that help you form a deeper connection with yourself and others.

Mindfulness coaching is transformative in its nature and gives you the means to strengthen and develop qualities such as self-awareness, empathy and emotional agility. It will help you create a quite space in your mind that allows you to break free from any kind of mental suffering, so that you can live a happy and smiley life.

As your mindfulness coach, I will simply walk along your journey with you, guiding, supporting and listening so that you can reach your end destination that little bit quicker. I will make you think about what it is you want to focus on, perhaps even challenging you slightly and making you look deeper into your thought process. We will look at your goals in detail, observing what it is that you need to do to get cracking, whilst planning the actions you will need to commit to in order to accomplish these goals.
